Auto-Send Emails to New Registrants Added After Initial Send

When creating an email template and selecting groups to send to, the email only goes to those in the group at the time of sending. If someone registers and joins the group afterward, they do not automatically receive that email.

Feature Request:

Add an option to auto-send communications to new registrants who join the selected group(s) after the original email was sent.

Allow RDs to choose whether an email should be a one-time send or an ongoing campaign that delivers to anyone newly added.

This would ensure important updates (e.g., race instructions, policies, welcome notes) reach all participants, not just those who registered before the first email went out.
