Event setting to hide registrant address/contact info from RD view

Description:
Add an optional setting in event setup that lets the race director choose whether registrant address and contact details are visible in the RD dashboard and participant export.

Background:
Some RDs are concerned that visible address/contact data could be misused (e.g., unwanted contact or harassment). While UltraSignup must still collect this info for operational and legal purposes, not all RDs need to see it.

Proposal:

New toggle in event settings: “Hide participant address/contact info from RD view”

When enabled, those fields would be hidden in the dashboard and excluded from participant exports

UltraSignup retains the data securely for internal use (support, payment, legal compliance)

Benefits:

Builds participant trust by reducing visible personal data

Gives RDs control over what they see and store locally

Aligns with privacy best practices and data minimization
