Improved Add-on Management

Add-on management could be significantly more flexible and efficient. Current pain points include:

Inability to remove or edit add-ons post-selection

No way to search independent add-ons

Add-ons don’t update automatically when switching distances

Updating quantities (e.g., shirt sizes) is tedious due to page refreshes and scrolling

No option to schedule add-on availability or deadlines

Feature requests:

A single edit screen to update add-on quantities and sizes without full page reloads

Add-on visibility and selection should update automatically if participants switch distances

Enable search for independent or shared add-ons

Allow RDs to schedule add-on start and end dates, similar to price increases and registration close dates

Race directors are juggling a lot—automating these manual steps would save time, reduce errors, and make the experience far less stressful.

This would be HUGE!

Agreed there’s a lot we can improve around add-on management. Will be considering these alongside registration experience improvements and RD experience improvements.
