More Frequent Payouts

Having the ability to choose payout schedule (weekly, biweekly, monthly, etc.) to help fit the finacial demands of RDs.

If we have majority of our particiapnts sign up 1-2 weeks before but need to order everything 3-4 weeks out it would work best to have those funds in our account within 5-7 days as soon as possible instead of sitting in Ultrasignup for 2 weeks.
