Email Participants - Add selection for All Participants

I am the RD for the Glacier Ridge Ultramarathon and Trail Race. I am starting to use the UltraSignup feature to e-mail our participants. Our race has: 20M, 50k, 50M and 50M relay events all on one day. With the current “Send To” option as part of the e-mail creation, I need to send my e-mail four times to cover all participants. Please add a Radio Button for “All Participants”. That would be a big help, thanks !

upvote here from Johnny Runner - ideally we’re sending distinct emails for all years – so emailing individual runners regardless of what all-time distances they’ve registered for.

With each race having multiple events in it, emailing each segment is tedious and would love to see this as a fix, so we can email once and be done, instead of trying to remember who we still need to email. Thanks - Eric @ Crazy Cat Adventures.
