Stronger Privacy Options for End Users

Give runners more control over how their info is displayed publicly.

Feature request:

Allow users to set their profile to Anonymous, hiding their name from public entrant lists and results

Still show user info to the user when they’re logged in (even if anonymous publicly)

This would give users more privacy without breaking key functionality around registration and personal results tracking.

Sounds good, as long as it wouldn’t block that information from being seen by the RD on the backend as well
