Expanded & Granular Permissions for Event Contacts

The current permissions system includes a limited set of access options for users added under the Contacts tab, such as:

Export Data

Manage Participants

Manage Coupons

View Financials

Edit Event

Process Refunds (with USU-level permissions)

However, race directors are asking for more granular, role-specific control, especially for collaborators who only need access to specific tools.

Feature Request:

Add new permission options, such as:

Access to Communications Tool only

Volunteer Management only

Photo upload & management only

Reports-only view

Implement a permissions matrix or checklist UI to allow precise customization of access levels per user

This would improve security, simplify collaboration, and reduce the burden on race directors managing large teams or third-party contributors.
