Redesign Navigational Interface for Better Usability

The current navigation—especially the mix of sidebar menus and tab-based screens—can be confusing and frustrating to use. Race directors report difficulty finding key settings or moving between sections efficiently.

Feature request:

Reimagine the layout and navigation for a more intuitive, streamlined experience

Reduce friction by simplifying where and how settings and tools are accessed

Ensure consistency across pages to avoid disorientation

A cleaner, more user-friendly interface would significantly improve day-to-day usability for race directors and support teams.

The search feature is awful and definitely needs to be improved. I woud love to be able to search by state, type of race, level of difficulty, etc.
