Add Event Types for Non-Running Races

Race directors are increasingly hosting non-running events—such as paddleboard races, mountain biking events, or ski competitions—but the current event setup options are focused solely on running.

Feature request:

Expand the list of event types to include non-running disciplines

Examples: Mountain Biking, Paddleboarding, Skiing, Adventure Racing, etc.

Allow these event types to be accurately labeled and categorized on UltraSignup

This would make the platform more inclusive for multi-sport and outdoor events, and help participants discover races beyond trail and ultrarunning.
