Improved Photo Upload & Management Interface

The current event photo editor is frustrating and time-consuming for race directors. Key issues include:

Page refreshes after each change to photo order

Frequent upload failures or errors

After uploading, users must manually refresh and navigate back to confirm successful uploads

New photos are sent to the end of the list, requiring dozens of manual clicks to reorder

Reordering photos using small arrow buttons with a full page reload each time is extremely inefficient

Suggested improvements:

Drag-and-drop reordering or numeric sequencing to easily manage photo order

Real-time upload progress indicators with clear success/failure messages

Auto-refresh to show uploaded photos without navigating away

These updates would significantly streamline the process of managing event photos and improve the overall experience.
