I鈥檇 love to see the email a runner receives when they are put on a waitlist/lottery look very different than the confirmation email they get when they are actually registered for a race
The 2 emails look very similar and unfortunately many people just skim and don鈥檛 read the content
At our last race we had a handful of people who were actually on the waitlist show up on race morning and say that they were registered and they received an email. When they actually read the email it was the waitlist email but because they look so similar it can be confusing (for those who don鈥檛 like to read 馃珷)
