Options in Demographics page, only show registered runners

The demographics numbers don’t match registered runners, which makes no sense to me, apparently it also includes waitlisted runners.

Maybe someone is interested in the demographics of registered and waitlisted runners together, but I’m only interested in registered. Options on that page to filter in or out would be very helpful.

In the current state, I find no use for the demographics page, since it lists a number of runners that does not match the number of race entrants.
