When a runner drops from the event, the RD currently needs to go to the waitlist and invite the next runner manually. It would be better to automatically invite the next runner when a spot opens up on the event. Ideally the RD could set a timer for how long an invite can remain outstanding, after which it would expire and the next person on the waitlist would be invited.
