When a runner withdraws from a race through SPOT, race organizers do not currently receive any notification. This creates a visibility gap compared to withdrawals initiated through UltraSignup, where organizers do receive an automated notification email.
As a result, race directors are unaware of roster changes, which can impact waitlist management, race planning, and runner communication. Currently, the only way to identify SPOT withdrawals is by manually pulling reports and cross-referencing refund activity.
Feature Request - When a runner withdraws via SPOT:
Trigger an automated notification to the race director, similar to the existing withdrawal notification workflow for standard UltraSignup withdrawals.
