Share gender in registration confirmation email

Because there is not yet an API, we parse registration emails to get information about runners into our database. One thing we don’t know about is the runners gender. This affects us when we are looking to invite a woman off the waitlist to replace a woman who has withdrawn. It would also be helpful if the waitlist included the applicants’ gender.
