Send an email with withdrawal info when a runner is withdrawn due to Auto Credit

A runner wanted to withdraw and so I added an auto credit to their account, then I went to remove them from the RACE and I saw that they were automatically removed because of the auto credit.

That’s fine, but my database is populated with registration events through the emails UltraSignup sends out. But no email was sent out about withdrawing the runner as a result of the auto credit.

Was the runner sent an email confirming they were withdrawn because of the auto credit?

I would like to be sent such an email so that my system can pass that data and update the database to show the runner is withdrawn.
