Customize runner-facing waitlist screen message

The user would like the ability to customize the waitlist page string to be consistent with their waitlist selection policy or system.

Maybe the next person on the list isn’t always next to be selected.

Even though I could write about the waitlist movement in the description, and in emails and videos, the thing the runner is going to see is the hardcoded string on the actual wait list page.
