give runner accepts off waitlist a new timestamp, not same as went on to waitlist

Since we don’t have API access to USU data, I have been loading in data from email confirmations generated by registrations, waitlist invitations, cancelations, invitation accepts and declines…

There’s a data problem that I think leads to a feature request.

1. Runner joins waitlist
2. Invitation sent to runner
3. Runner Accepts, we are sent registration email

The date/time of #2 is obviously after #1, but the date/time of #3 matches #1. This doesn’t make sense, because #3 happened AFTER #2.

I want to be able to know things like, how long did it normally take for a runner to accept or decline their invitation? The current date does not allow me that insight.

I want to know the date and time the runner actually moved from the waitlist to registered, and it is not helpful to have the registration date match the waitlist join date.
