Make the Invitations BCC Field Editable

It would be helpful if:

1. The BCC editing field on the Invitations page allowed organizers to modify the email address that populates there
2. The email address that populates in that field was based on the primary contact’s event email rather than their personal account email

to clarify, the race’s primary contact email address set up as the default for race communications would be the ideal address to populate, rather than the account email.
