In the current Communications tool, race directors can send emails to participants across all years of a single event, but there is no way to email participants across multiple events under the same race organization.
Feature Request:
Add a bulk messaging option in the Communications tool to email all participants from all events within an organization, regardless of event year
Useful for org-wide announcements, series launches, or general brand updates
This would streamline messaging for groups managing multiple events and reduce the need to send emails event-by-event.
