Right now, when race directors send out a key email (e.g. race info or updates), anyone who registers afterward won’t get that message, and there’s no built-in way to follow up automatically.
Feature Requests:
Add a setting to auto-send emails to new registrants based on selected email templates (like a campaign)
Allow more detailed formatting and content than what’s currently possible in the basic confirmation message
In the Communications tool, add a checkbox to exclude participants who’ve already received a selected email
These updates would reduce repetitive work and make sure everyone gets the info they need—whether they registered early or late.
